We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review our return/exchange policy prior to purchasing. You may return any item* for any reason for a full refund** of the item's purchase price or for a replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Opened or Used items may be subject to a 20% disposal fee.
** Return for our Luxury/Designer Line items will only be accepted if the package and item is returned unopened and unused.
Returns will only be accepted with an approved RMA number. Please contact our customer service at orders@creativenotions.net to obtain an RMA. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and note the RMA on it. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
